- Managing lady is missing fundamental knowledge about Quality Assurance and Customer Service. - They lie during the interview only to attract you. This what you talk about during the interview has nothing to do with tasks they will ask you to perform later. - They have no tools to work with (even if they advertise as they do have processes and tools in place) - Chaos, unprofessionalism, manager with no experience and knowledge about operations

The easiest work in the world. Almost no skills required.

Cons

You get stuck in the same place for maybe 10 years.There is zero improvement in your position or salary. You basically work as a robot like in a factory. All the underwriters were doing exactly the same job for like 10 years with zero advance. One questionnaire for 7 hours every day-5 days a week. Thats it.
