Pros

The mission of the company, at least on paper remains positive and a force for good in the world.

Cons

It is so difficult to come back from a 97% drop in market value. The company over-hired and made expensive and poor investments for several years after Covid thinking the good times would last forever.

Failing Company in a Failing Industry

Pros

Compensation is fair, fully remote working environment, some truly great people with good ideas and intentions, has the potential to be a good place to work.

Cons

Questionable practices focused on the bottom line, leadership is constantly changing, no room for creativity/new ideas, some departments are hostile towards the rest of the company, HR is not helpful, some parts of the work environment are toxic and harmful to morale and employee mental health, Livongo merger was a nightmare, so many talented people driven out by poor culture.
