      Pros

      Good team experience and workload was manageable for a good work life balance.

      Cons

      No opportunities to grow within the two years I worked here. Management changed every few months and so many folks from leadership were one foot out the door. Random layoff out of nowhere after seemingly nothing having gone wrong and a positive team review with the director. Makes it feel like everyone is easily dispensable.

      There is no warning or heads up, the manager I thought I had grown close to at work did not share any insight to the lay off and even gone cold talking after being let go

      IT is a dumpster fire

      Generous Time Off Remote Work

      Cons

      IT is badly managed, After countless layoffs, moral is at an extremely low point. Every day you have an eerie feeling that you are in "Squid Game" and you could be the next one to be eliminated (laid off). Nepotism runs rampant as the new IT management is laying off experienced engineers and replacing them with their buddies from Centene. Nothing is getting done in practice, just presentation after presentation of how AI will transform the company. Very sad as this used to be an amazing place to work.
