Pros

The staff at TeacherActive are so passionate and hardworking that I have never been out of work. Even during quiet times of the year they have done there utmost to get me into schools. Supply is such a flexible way to gain experience and doing it through TeacherActive has meant that my needs and requirements have been met and I am so happy in my job.

Cons

There isn't any. I feel I trust this company 100%. Supply teaching in general is a tough job but because TeacherActive are so organised it makes it so much easier.

Pros

Friendly, professional staff who maintain a good level of communication with their teachers and support staff. A wide variety of schools in their client base = regular work. Flexible and willing to negotiate pay and working hours where possible.

Cons

RACS Payroll are difficult to contact if you have pay issues however this isn't directly related to Teacher Active as they are separate companies.

I have been working for TeacherActive for a little over 2 years and love it! I have never worked for a company that is there when you need them and actually care about you as an individual both professionally and personally. I started with TeacherActive with no experience within recruitment and have had so much time and development invested in me from day 1. Really couldn't ask for more. Best thing I have ever done.
