Pros

Good daily rate. Friendly staff who are supportive and do their best to find appropriate work for you. They are efficient and do get back to you quickly. They seem to have a good number of schools on their books therefore able to provide work when others struggle.

Cons

Don't seem to manage many long term positions. Will sometimes offer work that has already been stipulated as unsuitable.

Pros

Since starting at TeacherActive just a few months ago I have been made to feel so welcome and have received nothing but support in my journey to becoming a successful consultant. Everyone I have met within the business is friendly, good-humoured and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I feel lucky to work for a company that genuinely cares both for the teachers and schools we work with everyday.

Cons

The only con would be the early starts but as a morning person they did not take long to get used to. In this company your certainly get out what you put in.

I have literally never worked for a better company EVER. The rewards you get when you put in the hard work are outstanding and that's not even the half of it. Everyone is super friendly and from day one, everyone is ready to help and support you. If you are looking for your first job or even just a change in education recruitment I wouldn't and couldn't recommend another agency. The training you get in your first few months is fantastic and I am so lucky to have found TeacherActive !!
