Good ethos, great people to work for and with, good management structure, highly supportive & involved leadership teams including Directors and CEO, market leading training programme, development and progression opportunities, market leading salary and commission structure

Cons

Longer working hours (7:15 - 5:30, not a personal issue but could deter some applicants)
