      meet some really nice people. but majority are two faced.

      bully culture. over worked and under appreciated.

      Pros

      TeacherActive were a fantastic company to work for, they were extremely family friendly in regards to compassion. I throughly enjoyed my time working with Ceri,Megan and the Cardiff team. Also the area manager Nicola was extremely friendly and approachable. Seen some horrible reviews which is extremely sad, that people feel that way about such an amazing company .Wish Ceri and the Cardiff team every success for the future, and a-shame I couldn’t have been apart of the Taffia for longer.

      Pros

      Made some really nice friends, who also struggled to 'fit in' with the culture. Company days were filled with activities and good locations. Beer Oclock on friday is a nice touch- liked the discussion on what went well within the office each week. Props was nice to see others achievements. Shame as the company could have real potential.

      Cons

      Very clicky toxic environment. lots of negativity throughout the office. Felt ignored and not listened to. No trust within the company from management or colleagues. No room for development or progression- unless your face fits. Basic salary was fairly poor commission scheme is good if you manage to hit your unrealistic targets. Expected to come in before shift starts and finish after, reducing work life balance.
