Fantastic company to work for! The Bristol office is like a family with an amazing work/life balance. So supportive and welcoming. Career progressive is very clear with achievable goals to earn more and get extra holidays. Having worked for TeacherActive on the frontline (as an LSA), the consultants were always so supportive and really listened to what I wanted. I’m now able to bring that into my role working in the office to make sure we keep the best supply team happy. My fav thing about working back in the office? Too hard to choose one so I’ll pick two – 1) feeling like I never left and working with Char again! 2) Spending time finding staff that have a passion for education work!

Cons

Beer O Clock could be everyday...

Pros

Outstanding training and job induction, fair salary's and the opportunity to increase said salaries in a clear way. The TeacherActive Empower group highlights the need for diversity in recruitment. and allows employees voices to be heard. Not your typical Education agency.

Cons

Not really a critic of TeacherActive but the industry as a whole isn't for everyone, its hard work and long hours, though through TA I've been given the skills to grow and succeed financially and personally.
