Overall a Good Experience

Pros

Clear and achievable structure for progression and pay rises. Good and clear commission structure. Ambitious company. Personality based hiring process means that office culture and vibe is generally pretty good.

Cons

Work-life balance. Quite long hours and to be successful and reach the targets you want to be able to hit, you do have to be ready to commit and sacrifice time out of the contracted hours to push beyond a certain point in my opinion. Will hit a ceiling relatively early on if you aren't able to prioritise career over other things. Very rigid structure in terms of day plan. Not necessarily a bad thing but doesn't allow adaptability to different peoples approaches. Middle management can sometimes be a bit overbearing. Some days where they want to know what you're doing every minute of your day.

Ive been at TeacherActive for just under 2 years and have has the support to be able to be promoted and rise up the ladder! Would always recommend anyone to come and work with us!!
