Pros

- Great for versatile people -Great role for creative/visual people -Great role to get experience -Pay is okay

Cons

-Because some members of management weren’t aware of the VM job scope, it’s very easy to find yourself being asked to do outside tasks to your role. It’s important to learn how to balance being a helping hand and getting your work done. - Unpredictable hours sometimes. Between setting, ISM, etc. rearranging your schedule to get work done before store open is easier as a VM, but can be very taxing overtime -Depending on store, you deal with the usual things like cliques, favoritism, etc. -No ability to grow in the Visual field. In order to grow, you have to take a position like a team lead or something in the store. No ability to get to HQ.
