Pros

Flexible with schedules, treat you like a person

Cons

Hours not always consistent but they try / work with you. Horrible raises and low pay compared to other places.

Pros

It was actually pretty fun working on VMGs. You get the perks of a lead role without the schedule (dependent on your store) I was M-F!

Cons

Can get boring, or turn into a style lead role.

Pros

Great Company to work for, and the shifts go by fast. Great experience and good work life balance. Fun job overall

Cons

VM’s usually end up doing others jobs all the time and I have to work the weekends. Pay could be better considering how much you do for the store
