An OK first job, but wouldn't return
Pros
I was glad that Target was so willing to work with my college schedule and I met a lot of great coworkers and a few really good managers who were flexible and understanding.
Cons
After five years of working there and after graduating college, I found I had stagnated. I was only making 40 cents more than when I started, and I couldn't seem to get above 20 hours a week on average. The only time I did was during Christmas. I was trained in many areas, but couldn't seem to work any of them because they'd rather give the position to a newer team member because they were cheaper. I had a few really horrible managers who completely seemed to ignore the laws of reality and expected more than our team could deliver. There were even a couple coworkers and one manager who made some of the women uncomfortable through uninvited touching and gawking who never seemed to get fired or even penalized for their actions.
