Pros

Discount on some of the products. Some what great team ethic. Holiday party every year. Free coffee if you do a great job.

Cons

The management was extremely horrible. There was no order to anything for the Starbucks department. The store had a rancid smell to it also.

Pros

Target management and coworkers were always very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working there very much.

Cons

As a part time evening employee, it was nearly impossible to find the time to advance or learn other positions within the store. There was no catching up on tasks to be completed and a fast and furious pace was absolutely necessary. Pay is barely above minimum wage and raises were small but did occur.

Pros

-They worked with any schedule conflicts -Decent store discount -Work varies throughout the day

Cons

-Didn't really explain how to use all the equipment when I started -Didn't explain the "lingo" that's used around the workplace either. Had to figure most of that on my own.
