Pros

Great pay, fantastic work environment, flexible schedule, great deals and very personable, good benefits, impressive discount, cartwheel is great. They train employees well and treat everyone equal.

Cons

It's a target express so it's smaller. There are limited items such as baby needs. The check out line is a desk and it's cramped.

Pros

I love to organize and set things right, and I also love to help people with anything. I am a person that is very engaging and social, and can easily connect with people. I can also be flexibility with some changes here and there, and can manage to balance a good routine. But the good side of working at Target is the people, community and service, and the social interactions.

Cons

The downside of working at Target is just the busyness.
