Pros

Good Employee Discount for Target branded grocery items and Fruits/Vegetables. Friendly coworkers Easy money and easy job

Cons

Poor training for new employees and expected to be on your own. Some management and seasoned employees take time to show you the ropes, otherwise expected to be running from day one. The pay is decent at $16 for late night hours unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
