Pros

I love working at Target. My fellow employees are great, as well as my team leads. I've only been there for approximately 7 months, and was looking forward to being there for quite some, however now that they're doing away with the overnights and actually having people come in at 4am to noon time, was pretty upsetting. I will TRY to continue working there, although I'm not sure how practical it is getting up and being at work by 4am. The job is not difficult at all. And when you work for good people it makes the job that much easier and enjoyable.

Cons

I do think they need to raise the pay. I remember hearing that Target was going to raise their pay to $24 an hour, unfortunately it was said and forgotten about all in the same sentence.
