Pros

They have a great benefits program. I have made a lot of lifelong friendships with coworkers. The discount is great on top of the redcard.

Cons

Their raises are terrible. It's hard to communicate because the leaders don't always listen.

Pros

HR department does a good job coming up with activities to keep team motivated (i.e. movies or snacks in the break room, contests, trivia). Flexible with schedules and day off. There is a system for everything so if you don't know the anwer to something, you can always find it.

Cons

Target is always concerned about numbers, numbers, numbers. If you work on a price change team and the back room numbers become low, they will tell you to help in the backroom to get their percentage up. If you "scan too much" they will tell you to stop scanning, which makes your own numbers go down so that someone else's will go up.
