Pros

Decent pay, good employee discount. Had a few days out of the month where they would by you food and give other incentives.

Cons

Random hours, will not work around your special requests. Got hired a few weeks before I found out I was pregnant and worked there during my first and second trimester of pregnancy. They kept putting me on morning shift even I after I kept telling them I had bad morning sickness which would often cause me to call out. I requested to go on an afternoon/evening shift but they refused. They complained that I went to the bathroom too much and would not allow me to have water unless I was on a break (most shifts I didn't even get one because they would only schedule in 4 hour blocks). They would leave me by myself at the service desk where I had to do In store and drive up pick up orders by myself. Alot of those orders had heavy items such as large dog food bags, cat litter, furniture etc. they expected me to pick up by myself without help. They used all of this against me to fire me for poor performance, but it could've been avoided if they would have better accommodations.

Pros

The benefits of working at Target were that it improved communication skills, offered leadership opportunities, and offered opportunities to build relationships with others.

Cons

A con working at Target was poor management. An example of this was when my new manager would disappear multiple times throughout a shift and the responsibility would fall on. my own shoulders or my co workers. Another con was that it was hard to build relationship with some of my co workers because they didn't know when to have fun and when to work to compete the task at hand.
