Pros

Very supportive upper management that is willing to take the time to aid your development. Always accessible via phone call and email

Cons

Very low pay, PTO accumulates very slowly, not the brightest co workers. Some of the assistant managers are not the brightest folks either.

Pros

Working in Target Asset Protection you will learn a great deal into the inner workings of Target, more so than a regular sales floor team member. There is room for promotion and for your work to be noticed by management.

Cons

The job is very repetitive. The pay do not match the risk.
