Pros

Great team spirit and work environment, benefits are awesome, employee discount, scheduled breaks, overall great company to work for, would go back if it wasn't for rotating schedules

Cons

Hours fluctuate and may be adjusted as needed without much notice for the hourly positions

Pros

Got to wear my own clothes instead of the ridiculous red and khaki "uniform."

Cons

Everything about working there sucked. Management are greedy penny-pinchers concerned only with their annual bonuses. They don't pay a living wage, especially in areas like D.C./Northern Virginia. They are racist and racially profile people of color as shoplifters. APS positions save the company thousands of dollars in theft prevention, and they don't even give you benefits. It's a joke of a position.
