Pros

From my experience, the associates on the floor were approachable and knowledgeable about the processes.

Cons

My experience with Tapestry (Coach) reflects significant organizational and cultural challenges that raise concerns about workplace integrity, consistency, and employee treatment. At a high level, there appears to be a lack of standardized ways of working across teams and leadership levels, resulting in inconsistent expectations, unclear accountability, and operational inefficiencies. Policies and procedures do not appear to be uniformly enforced, creating an environment where rules are selectively applied, which undermines both fairness and trust within the organization. From a people and culture perspective, the environment presents as highly problematic. There are observable patterns of inequitable treatment, where certain individuals are held to different standards than others without clear justification. This inconsistency contributes to perceptions of favoritism and bias, which can negatively impact morale, engagement, and overall performance. Additionally, there are serious concerns related to workplace conduct, including instances of harassment and discriminatory behavior that do not appear to be addressed appropriately or escalated through proper channels. Equally concerning is the apparent lack of accountability. Behaviors that would typically warrant corrective action or formal reprimand seem to persist without consequence, suggesting gaps in leadership oversight, HR governance, and enforcement of company policies. This creates an environment where employees may feel unsupported, undervalued, and reluctant to raise concerns due to fear of inaction or retaliation.
