      Ability to develop yourself and learn stuff on your own. Juniors are cool and friendly.

      Cons

      Very very low salary compared to other companies, not big raises, no bonus, literally nothing. Managers and seniors are very arrogant, intolerant, dictatorial and like to control you like a puppet. No actual work. They make a lot of money, nothing is actually spent on employees, no benefits You could sense the hate and the toxic environment. DO NOT JOIN DATA DEPARTMENT.
