      Pros

      They care about people, about our career, about us. How we are doing on our projects and as a person. I've never seen such a caring company with only experts, it is so different from French SSI where you never see or know your company.. We're only 40 people in New York and it feels like a start up family. There is also room for self-development and getting involved in the company. So far, the company has increased their benefits every single year and we're going to a seminar in the Bahamas this year with the Talan Canada team!

      Unsure. I guess you need to like working in a small company although clients are big anyway.

      - Helps with career specialization (certifications, trainings, relevant missions) - US visa in less than a month (French employees) - Great team spirit, many team building events - Regular mission follow up at the client location with a Managing Consultant - Good reputation of the Talan consultants
