      Coasting and incompetency due to rewarding all levels of performance the same (very minor discrepancies) is a bit of a problem.

      - Movement in projects is slow and priorities change too often. - Merging with Salesforce has added a lot of bureaucracy and slowness to day-to-day work. - People from every leadership level (all the way up to CEO) have left since the merger just over a year ago. Has cause a lot of doubts in the direction of the company.
