      Pros

      - Amazing health insurance coverage - Great colleagues - Conference is fun if you go - Good office locations - Decent paid time off

      Cons

      - Below industry pay - Non-existent career path - Low raises, low RSU awards - Very high turnover This is a great job if you are happy doing the same role for years and years. This used to be a great place to grow ones career. That is no longer the case. Go elsewhere if you want opportunity.

      Pros

      Food, parties, management, time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, ESPP, did I mention food and parties? They really know how to throw a party.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the cost of living in Seattle. Opportunity for real pay increase is almost nonexistent. In other words, if you don't start within $10/hr of where you wanna end, you're gonna have a bad time.
