Great team environment, dealing with passengers of every age and occasion. Efficient trusted Airline who embrace adapting to care for each individual passenger. TUI take environmental responsibilities seriously and recruit a diverse range of people . I enjoy leading and developing the team and delivering great customer service to our passengers, crew and flight crew .

Only summer contract available (May to October ) Ready for a change and a challenge

Working abroad is a good experience

Cons

Long Hours, Bad pay, terrible management. Reps are able to complete a 'team leader / management' book to step up into that position, which provides a lot of power hungry managers with zero experience. You are expected to work long hours with a very small salary.
