Pros

the travel industry overall is interesting and TUI is the market leader in Europe. Get to meet and work with interesting and colourful people from around the world.

Cons

Very old school, hierarchy system. Hyper political environment that makes for many miserable days of dealing with utter nonsense. A classic case of working in a big corporate machine and feeling like a "number", rather than a person.
