      Pros

      You get great opportunities to travel to amazing places. The time off benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Some management decisions seem to take forever due to indecisiveness. I've been here more than a year, and haven't received a raise because the company's about to be sold.

      Pros

      The Long hours in Airports are inevitable due to the unexpected! That is what makes it exciting and challenging. It is very rewarding when people have a great Holiday experiences. Great team work within TUI DS, Great support from above Company always keep ALL staff levels up to date with Company achievements, News, etc.

      Cons

      Very hard for staff working in intense heat for hours. Long hour in Airport especially when faced with unexpected situations. Too many combined Transfers, service from the heart is disappearing!
