      Difficult to plan around roster release 6 weeks in advance, coming out once a month sometimes you can only plan 2 weeks in advance

      - an opportunity to travel and make a career at the same time - quite okay money for this industry

      Cons

      - “flexible” working hours - in fact, they can always ask you to work more than scheduled - there is no stability - winter job is not guaranteed - basic salary is very low
