      Great product to sell but lots of corporate nonsense

      Pros

      Great product and brand. Incentives and bonuses are generally good and acheivable. Friendly and supportive line management. Generally nice shops and working times.

      Cons

      Staffing levels, working on 2 staff without breaks. Lots of focus on tech advances without the systems actually working - very behind tech for a company of its size.

      great travel company with great employees but not great pay

      Pros

      Exciting high end travel company, great employees, travel opportunities, highly profitable, variety in scope of work, good work life balance in most departments, company has doubled in employees in the past 2 years, management is approachable, high energy workplace, employees have created a fun culture

      Cons

      Doesn't value employees (salaries), have heard benefits for families aren't great (insurance and maternity time off), despite high profits no bonuses, high turnover in certain departments

      Pros

      Great colleagues, sociable, occasional travel perks, fun products and lots of long- serving employees with passion and loyalty for the company.

      Cons

      Constant switches in strategy and confused direction from senior managers, short-termism to bring in numbers, lack of funding to investment, below average salaries, lots of poor people managers and resistance to change, ancient systems which restrict what can be developed.
