      new friendships, possibility to learn working with a hotel package and with hoteliers

      Cons

      very strict guidelines often not matching with the daily tasks and real needs. mass virtualization of touristic service poors and lower down the quality of direct service and "human" factor

      Great people, great office, great management.

      Cons

      HR was too defensive and left the agile/ journey started in Fritidsresor when TUI took over. But they are on track again from what i hear.
