Can be amazing or awful - it's destination specific

It's entirely destination specific so it really does depend on the team you're in. I've had amazing experiences with amazing perks and honestly, some of my best memories have been formed overseas. Accommodation is generally good. Also it's a great opportunity to meet people from other cultures which you wouldn't get to meet otherwise

Cons

At the same time, if you're working under poor management it can be a really bad experience. Tempers do get high around high season but normally this subsides. Unfortunately if things do get really bad and you end up in a toxic environment. Not enough is done to resolve it. HR do tend to look after management and the company

You have the possibility to work nearly everywhere around the world. Because this company is changing as fast as our time, you have to get faster, better and think different.

Cons

You have to be more than just a reliable worker. This job will take over a big part of your life.extra hours, work on weekends. Plan's getting changed within one night and you might have to take a flight to the other part of the world.

You are treated as just a number by this company. There is a lot of blatant favouritism where there is one rule for one and another rule for somebody else. When you are unwell/need medical treatment they don't not look after you properly or want to provide you with anytime off. If you want to feel valued as an employee I would not recommend this company for you. They are very badly organised and often forget to pick you up for work and you are at fault for there mistake.
