Lots of changes and can take some time to get used to them Can seem complex but that is due to size

Diverse culture and also colleagues.

Cons

Micro management of people (almost PA style - I demand you to do), blocking innovative thinking and ideas. Probably the reason why technology side is so weak still. Lack of clear communication top down regarding the future, ideas and strategy.
