Work-life balance is taken seriously, which makes it easier to manage personal commitments alongside professional responsibilities. The environment encourages teamwork and creates a sense of stability and well-being for employees.

Cons

Salaries can be slightly lower compared to some competitors in the market. Aside from compensation, I have not experienced any significant negative aspects during my time with the company.
