      No process, weak management but great employees

      Lots of opportunity to get experience, always busy, work with great people, investment in IT, holiday concessions and no commute to London.

      Cons

      Post merger uncertainty, new management structure in IT, not particularly family friendly, starting to update laptops/blackberrys, difficult processes in IT

      Beware when you join this company. All the job specs state ' career progression prospects' but there are none. If you're ambitious and threaten management with your ambition, they plot to get rid of you. No diversity in management level. 90% foreign employees are the doers.
