Pros

You get okay holiday concession (could be better!!)

Cons

Unrealistic targets, no ‘work life balance’, no recognition from management from all the hard work that you do, doesn’t matter how many hours you’re contracted to because you will work more hours and never be paid for them. Breaks do not happen if you’re busy, they will not pay them back in lieu! Rude customers, customers who book online expect you to sort their mistakes out and you get the blunt end of an angry customer. Conveyer belt of staff!! Training is rubbish, people who don’t even know the job become managers and people who know the job well never get given the chance. I know that a bonus isn’t something that has to be done but when you’re being paid 50p for every 1k of turnover that you’ve done when you miss target is disgusting, like I said you NEVER get recognition for the hard work that you do. Say goodbye to a life because you never have the same days off a week, unless your a favourite you will never have a Saturday or Sunday off, you will work every weekend.
