Good benefits worth having. Remote work encouraged (if feasible). Buy additional annual leave (fantastic). Global roles.

Cons

Not sure they value doer or technical roles, appear to be more Manager focussed.

Relaxed culture, promotes health and well being. Promotes remote working where feasible. Huge variety of roles across globe.

Cons

Not sure technical people or doer’s properly valued. Values management speakers more. Huge organisation difficult to change things.

At first, they were very keen to develop you in the company Got to work in numerous places around Europe Great suppliers

Cons

It soon became clear the reason they wanted to develop you is because not many managers had been there very long, for obvious reasons. The focus was much too much on company processes and procedures, and not on the actual staff.
