Pros
Nice people for the most part. Business has clear goals and good working hours, I rarely worked late.
Cons
Management definitely let some get away with doing nothing. They seem to spend a long time at the company, probably because they know they'll get away with doing nothing. Salary was terrible for role and lots of people left because of it. I know people who still work there and from what I've heard nothing has changed. People in high up positions really feel they're more important than others and look down on people in lower bands. Very difficult to progress because of the structure - there's only room to move up if someone leaves and when that happens they manipulate you into a lower salary.
