- Great work environment
- Friendly culture
- Remote work
Cons
- Making up appearances and befriending the right people is substantially more beneficial than being well-educated, experienced and/or a top performer
- Salaries are too low and there's no chance of ever catching up with the market if your initial salary was not good.
The conditions are good like working from home, being able to work from other countries and the salary. It is also fun to work for TUI as cohesion is in most teams and departments good
Cons
Too many barriers to execution, it is a huge company so things change very slowly. Hard to grow within the company
complicated organization, slow processes, too complex, sometimes boring
