Pros
Overall I had a positive experience. The work environment was friendly, and the company offered a lot of flexibility, including the option to work from home. Interesting tasks.
Cons
-The pay for my position was lower than what I had seen for similar roles in other companies. -Limited career opportunities. Additionally, I found that there wasn't always a lot of meritocracy, and recognition for good work wasn't always consistent. If you want to progress your career you need to be "pushed by someone" instead of showing your skills
