      Very flexible working (almost entirely remote) Pays relatively well Good holiday perks

      Cons

      Very political and hierarchical Scope of role is overly diluted (downside of a big company) Career development seems low priority Tech and data architecture is a mess No paid parental leave and no plans to change that
