Benefits are not terrible and pay is okay.

Pros

Numerous opportunities through several contractors to work for this Federal organization. Opportunity to advance is great if you are a Fed. They definately promote from within the ranks

Cons

High paid federal workers who seemingly promote only from within. The more popular and friendly tend to get promoted whether qualified or not. Longevity equals loyality in the eyes of many. This agency is relatively new and those at the senior most levels appear to have been hired from onset from all walks of Federal agency. Many different opinions, attitudes, and boarderline qualifications makes this agency seem to be a earn as you learn place of employment.
