Pros

Ad a government agency, you are offered a benefits package after 3 months. But you have to pay a portion of it.

Cons

Working for TSA you are always blamed for everything that goes wrong with the travel industry.

Pros

The pay is good especially coming out of college Set schedule every six months

Cons

Management is out to get you, have to watch constantly what you say or do Testing every year that if you fail multiple times you're fired Bonuses that most won't get, mostly due to management not wanting to write up how you preformed during the last year
