great pay for part timers, benefits were amazing, schedule bids helped keep consistency, opportunities for advancement

Cons

management is very unreasonable, was not compassionate about medical issues/time off request, threats of termination if you missed days before your 2 year probation

Pros

Pay- I was satisfied with my salary. Cash Awards-the agency gives out cash awards 1 to 2 x a year. Airport Perks- don’t have to wait on security lines when you travel. Interesting - they were a lot of interesting things that would go on, never a dull moment. Good payed time off.

Cons

Workload-if you are part of the administrative staff they work you to death. There tends to be a lot of favoritism.
