Pros

The workers are all very nice people, they are all trying to do their job effectively and efficiently. They also have a great training program, they will continue to train everyone until the individuals feel 100% comfortable to be on their own. Great Benefits.

Cons

You deal with unpleasant travelers and you're on your foot 8-10/8-12 hours a day. Pay sucks.
