Decent pay for the task preformed. you get benifits, they're not the best, but certainly not the worst. from day one you start earning paid time off, as well as a separate sick leave balance. plenty of opportunity for advancement if your heart desires.

Cons

All start off part time, about 20 hours per week. It takes a long time to gain seniority for better days off. different supervisor personalities will bug you. the traveling public can be really mean, and not understanding at all.

BENEFITS! Salary, paid holidays. Accrued vacation and sick time.

Cons

Scheduling has limited start and end times. Every six months you have to bid on a new schedule. There is no guarantee you will be able to keep a schedule you like or need. Part-time requires a 5 day 20 hour work week. Annual testing

Long hours and exhausting rotating shifts, bad apples are not weeded out. Very few women in higher positions.
