Excellent benefits and leave

Cons

Not enough people on the floor and too many in offices. Upper management has no idea what screeners go through every day especially at smaller airports where the old machines go to die.

an entry-level job with the federal government with some half-way decent benefits. most of the folks you work with are pretty good people.
