Federal Job, good pay and benefits. Felt like I was doing something important.

Cons

Uneducated morons in charge. Secretaries and airplane maids promoted to Assistant Federal Security Directors. Too much cronyism. Harassment, discrimination, bullying.

Good pay, and benefits. Chance of transferring to other agencies Good starting point if you want to work for the federal government.

Cons

Incompetent management. Scheduling department is inconsistent. You have yo jump through hoops in order to request time off. 2 year probation period.
