Constant change of schedule/hours for people with families this is especially difficult If you have outside obligations such as educational pursuits or a second job- good luck seniority system is honored depending upon managements discretion Promotions are often times given to those with a yes sir, yes ma'am attitude instead of work ethic/progress Most management and supervisors treat their subordinates with disrespect (name calling, pointing in faces, false accusations)
