Pros

Very flexible, when it comes to people going to school and opportunities to transfer to other agencies, a career choice is also an option but expect a lot of headaches.

Cons

Like I mentioned before our budget depends on congress, so expect people to get fired if they need to make cuts, do not make enemies with upper management or someone they like.
